Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on purchases.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at 402tallowco@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to your order, combine multiple orders, or adjust shipping details.
For subscription orders, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date.
Small-Batch, Handcrafted Care
Every product is made by hand in small batches with care and intention. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions before placing an order — we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit for your needs.
Product Allergies & Reactions
We list the full ingredients for every product on our website. Please review them carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies.
402 Tallow Co. is not liable for allergic reactions. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us for dilution tips or alternative ways to use the product.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you're trying multiple products, introduce one at a time and monitor how your skin responds.
Texture, Color, and Scent Variations
We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal scent preferences, texture, or color. These variations naturally occur in small-batch, preservative-free products and are part of their charm and purity.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Tallow-based creams and butters may melt in transit during warm months. While we take precautions (like ice packs when possible), you acknowledge the risk of melted products when ordering.
If your product arrives soft or liquid, place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator to re-solidify. Its quality and benefits remain intact, and refunds will not be issued due to melted consistency.
